Brad
Glenn is currently president of his family’s farming operation, Glenn
Bros., Inc. which operates 1700 acres along with providing custom
services for other farmers. Glenn is also the president of Pennycress
Partners, a company that contracts for the production of pennycress--a
new energy crop, high in oil, used for biodiesel production, and with
meal can being used as an animal feed. Glenn also is the principal
at BNG Realty, a full service real estate brokerage company.
Glenn holds a bachelor of science degree in Agricultural Economics from Western Illinois University.
Brad has also completed numerous continuing education programs including
the American Management Assoc. International Joint Ventures and
Strategic Alliances course, INC magazine’s “Growing The Company”
conference and the Ferguson Agri-Management Institute.
Mr. Glenn served on the Illinois Soybean Association board of directors,
including serving as president in 2001-02. Brad has also served on
the Chicago Federal Reserve Advisory Council on Agriculture, Labor and
Small Business.
Brad has also been involved in precision agriculture having started
Glenn Bros., LLC in 1995 which provided ag retailer with GPS soil
sampling and GIS mapping serves throughout the
Midwest. That company was subsequently sold to IGF Insurance
Co. where Brad served as vice-president of sales for the new division-
Geo AgPLUS. |
